Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hemoglobin (Hb) level below 12.0 g/dl Females those who are diagnosed with anemia Patients with regular diet (vegetarian, mixed diet) Patients who are willing to give their consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Open wounds, burns, scars on ST 36, GB 39, SP 6, CV 4, and BL 17 points. Women during menstruation, lactation and pregnancy. Individuals who are currently taking any form of medication for anemia. History of Cardio Vascular disorders, Diabetes mellitus, epilepsy and bleeding diathesis. Needle phobia.
