Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 18 years. All genders Actively working as a full-time telephone counsellor, for at least 3 months. Having adequate training (MSc, MA, or MSW) in telephone counselling Should know how to read and write to answer tools in the English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No self-report of any Psychiatric illness, for which help/ therapy is sought currently (minimum once every month)
