Inclusion criteria: GREATER THAN 18 YEARS GUIDELINE DIRECTED BRADYCARDIA INDICATION FOR PACING STRUCTURALLY NORMAL HEART IN ECHOCARDIOGRAM

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENT WITH REDUCED EF LESS THAN 40 INDICATION FOR ICD SYMPTOMATIC CAD PATIENT WITH CKD UNCORRECTED SIMPLE AND ALL COMPLEX CHD
