Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 to 40 years both male and female Non-specific neck pain for at least 3 months NPRS score greater than two NDI score greater than four

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous cervical spine injury, surgery Whiplash Fibromyalgia Pregnancy Degenerative diseases Severe trauma Neurological diseases eg cervical radiculopathy, myelopathy Chronic inflammatory disorders Primary neoplasm, metastasis Cauda equina syndrome
