Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People more than 60 years residing in same area for more than 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with terminal illness, disability and patients with any mental disorders 2. People with Nutritional diseases like celiac disease, lactose intolerance, short bowel syndrome, tuberculosis and any other (self-reported)
