Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primi and second gravida as soon as possible after confirmation of pregnancy by Ultrasonography. Age group 18-35 years. Able and willing to participate and provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe anaemia Hb is less than 8 gm/dl. Pregnancy complicated by placenta previa, coexisting fibroid, any malignancy, Twin pregnancy. Pregnancy associated with systemic diseases such as hypo or hyperthyroidism, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, renal disease Pregnancy associated with any suspected obstetric complications such as partial hydatidiform mole, vaginal bleeding History of repeated abortions /premature birth / still birth /and undergoes last delivery by caesarean section
