Interventions

Intervention1: Yoga Extension Services: Yoga for six sessions whenever the patient comes to the PHC/hospitals for a follow-up (approximately once in a month for a period of 6 months) for 30- 45 minut

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe Mental Disorder as diagnosed in ICD-10, CGI score less than or equal to 4, able to read, speak and write Kannada and English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with comorbid mental retardation or any other developmental disorder, Individuals with the primary diagnosis of Substance abuse disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Participants who are already practicing yoga regularly for the past 3 months.
