Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 30-60 years 2. Stress induced Hypertensive subjects falling under mild to severe stress status in PSS scale 3. Gender- All 4. Ready to sign informed consent form 5. Under Allopathic medication for Hypertension 6. Without any cardiac and neurological complication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non stress induced Hypertensive subjects 2. Pregnant and lactating women 3. Severe Hypertensive subjects 4. Subjects with uncontrolled DM, IHD, CKD and Obesity
