Inclusion criteria: With chronic mechanical neck pain of more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with post-traumatic neck pain Any recent neck surgeries in 3 years Radiating pain. Unable to understand Hindi, English, Telugu
