Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Pre hypertension stage and Stage I hypertension according to JNC 8 guidelines will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age above 60 years Stage II hypertension Vulnerable population and patients with associated serious systemic illness.
