Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who came voluntarily and signed the informed consent 2.A capsular pattern of motion restriction 3.50% loss of passive ROM of the shoulder joint compared with the unaffected side 4.Patients diagnosed with frozen shoulder stage II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Frozen shoulder stage 1&3 2. Trauma 3. Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy 4. Rotator Cuff Tear 5. Dislocation Of The Shoulder 6. Recurrent Dislocation 7. Subluxation 8. Upper Limb Fracture 9. Any History Of Shoulder Surgery On The Affected Shoulder 10. Shoulder impingement 11. Rotator cuff tear

MeasureTime frame
1. Range of motion (ROM) of shoulder- flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, internal rotation, external rotation measured using universal goniometer. 2. PENN shoulder score for pain, functional activities, and satisfaction score. 3. Upper extremity functional scale for functional disability(UEFS).Timepoint: baseline (pre-test) 6th week (post-test)
