Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will involve patients admitted to the emergency department, ICU, or other hospital units following a suicide attempt. In situations where the individual who attempted suicide is too unwell to participate in the study or is a minor (below 18 years of age), a close family caregiver will be engaged to provide information about the resources consumed and utility loss (health-related quality of life)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who cannot understand the local language
