Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA I or ASA II physical state 2) Written consent by Parent or Guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Refusal to take part in the study 2)Heart rate below 70 beats per minute. 3)Mean Arterial Pressure less than 70mm of hg 4) Patient with upper respiratory tract infection. 5)Surgery duration longer than 2 Hours. 6)history of allergic reaction to the drugs mentioned in study.
