Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly individuals aged 60 years or above residing in selected old age home who are willing to participate in the study 2.Able to communicate in Hindi or English. 3.Having mild or no cognitive impairment. 4.Having mild to moderate levels of depression

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Elderly with sensory deficits like impaired vision, speech problems, and hearing problems to that extent impacting their participation in the study. 2.Elderly who are suffering from severe psychiatric or cognitive impairments. 3.Having Physical disabilities that prevent participation in group therapy session
