Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study will include all the patients who have been admitted in medical and surgical wards at Acharya Vinoba Bhave Rural Hospital for 2 TO 10 DAYS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: This study will not include patients who have been admitted for day care procedures. This project will exclude patients who have opted for Transfer to other hospitals, Medico Legal Cases LAMA and deaths.
