Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Irreversible pulpitis with apical periodontitis Pulpal necrosis Failed root canal therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any systemic diseases. Pregnant patients. Previously initiated therapy Calcified canals.

Postoperative bacterial TVC will be less in photoactivated disinfection groupTimepoint: Pre & Post operative
