Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients complaining of dysmenorrhea with regular menses with other associated symptoms. 2) Patients of age group between 16 to 25 years 3) Symptoms of Udavartini yonivyapad (dysmenorrhea)for at least two regular consecutive cycles. 4) Patient with UPT test negative. 5) Patients having Hemoglobin percentage more than 10 gm 6) Patients willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients of age below 16 and above 25 years. 2) Patients with major systemic diseases. 3) Patient on any medication of Dysmenorrhoea. 4) Patients having pelvic pathology. 5) Patients on hormonal therapy. 6) Hysteric patient. 7) Patients not willing to participate. 8) Patient with IUD
