Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of pama (scabies infection) with the features excessive itching, eruptions which are either white or reddish or blackish brown in colour Those who are willing to come in these trial Both male & female patients will be randomly selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unconscious & semiconscious patients ? Malignancy of any organ or system? Systemic diseases like uncontrolled Hypertension(HTN) , Diabetes mellitus(DM) , Tuberculosis(TB),Paralysis, Parkinsonism, Cirrhosis and fibrosis of liver & chronic renal failure etc are were excluded Pregnancy Those who are not willing to come under this trail

Primary

MeasureTime frame
complete remission of excessive itching, whitish ,reddish black brown color skin eruption.Timepoint: 45 days

Secondary

Absence of Mites sarcoptes scabei on the skinTimepoint: 45 days
