Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The program is for individuals aged 17-25 with no history of illness requiring both the students and their parent or guardians consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a recent illness, cognitive impairment, those on medication, or suffering from glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, or recent eye surgeries should not perform Bhoochari Mudra. Participation is limited to those who can provide willing consent.
