Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective cranial neurosurgery above the age of 18

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are intubated 2.Patients with a GCS of less than 15 after extubation or anytime during the postoperative period 3.Patients with hearing impairment
