Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade 1 and 2 patients, patients undergoing elective upper limb surgeries, BMI between 18-24 kg/meter square

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, infection at injection site , coagulopathy , pregnancy , 1st/2nd/3rd degree heart block, peripheral neuropathy ,known allergy or hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drug.

MeasureTime frame
Time to complete sensory and motor blockade , duration of post op analgesia , onset of sensory block , onset of motor block , duration of motor blockade , haemodynamic changes , complicationsTimepoint: Sensory and motor blocks will be evaluated every 10 minutes until 30 minutes after injection and then every 30 minute until completion of surgery and the patient was evaluated postoperatively.
