Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with various types of skin disorders, confirmed by a healthcare professional. 2.Patients of age range: 18-60 year. 3.Selection of patients irrespective of gender, religion, socioeconomic status and marital status. 4.Patient who agrees to sign consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not diagnosed of skin disorders. 2.Patients below the age of 18years & above 60 years. 3.Patient who have been doing regular exercise since longer duration. 4.Patient who does not agrees to sign consent form. 5.Patients having skin problems but as a effect of other major diseases
