Inclusion criteria: Patients of all economic classes Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Major Depressive Disorder according to the DSM-5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 60 years Patients with neurocognitive disorders Patients already taking antidepressants
