Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) FMS = 14 2) School Children who are involved in any sports activities. 3) Age between 15-18 years 4) No past history of injury for 6 weeks 5) Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children with known history (self reported) of chronic systemic illness (tuberculosis, liver disease, renal disease and other diseases that are likely to affect normal growth) 2) Children with major physical deformity (e.g., cerebral palsy, Musculo-skeletal disorders) 3) Children on medication for chronic illness 4) Any Metabolic Disease 5) Any Respiratory/Cardiac disease 6) Children with cognitive Impairment
