Intervention1: Direct laryngoscopy: Direct laryngoscopy will be done under general anesthesia and CL grading will be noted in early morning position then in manual in line stabilization in first group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of either sex undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia Patient willing to participate in study Age group of 18-60 years ASA grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients Anticipated difficult airway
