A clinical study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of Lodhradi Kwath Yoni Prakshalan (a herbal vaginal wash) and Lodhradi Taila Yoni Pichu (a medicated vaginal oil application) in managing Shweta Pradara, which is commonly known as Leucorrhoea (excessive white vaginal discharge).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All married women of age group 18-45 yrs. 2. All women complaining of excessive white discharge p/v as a cardinal symptoms. 3. Associated symptoms like vulval/vaginal itching, low backache, general weakness, yonidaha, adho-udarashoola, yonidaurgandhya.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women. 2. Unmarried girls. 3. Patients having infections of STDs, HIV. 4. Patients taking OCPs and having IUCD inserted. 5. Patients having systemic illness like Tuberculosis, Diabetes, Hypertension and malignant lesions of genital tract or having uterine fibroid, uterine polyp. 6. Patients having sign and symptoms of abnormal uterine bleeding.
