Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All the patients with symptoms of stress from at least 15 days to 1 year with a score between 15-33 in the DASS-21 Scale. 2.Male and female adults aged between 18 and 65 years. 3.Participants are willing to participate in the study and comply with its procedures by signing a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. DASS -21 Score less than 15 and More than 33. 2. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 3. People with a known hypersensitivity to study medications will be excluded. 4. Patients with serious life-threatening critical illnesses that may interfere with the current study. 5. People reported alcohol dependence and drug abuse. 6. People taking any other investigational drug for another clinical trial/research are also ineligible. 7. Patient with addiction to Narcotics. 8. Patients taking medicines that may interfere with the study outcome. 9. Patients are not willing to participate and are not ready to give written informed consent. 10. Patients having uncontrolled HTN BP > 150/90 mmHg, Known case of Uncontrolled DM with HbA1C >8. 11. The patient taking any other hormonal or psychiatric treatment since last 1 month.
