Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled to undergo elective HPB cancer surgery such as liver resection pancreaticoduodenectomy gall bladder and bile duct resection and gastric surgeries 2. Adults above 18 years 3. Elective surgery in ACTREC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inoperable cases 2. Emergency cases

MeasureTime frame
To determine compliance with ERP elements and postoperative complications (Clavien-Dindo classification) in patients undergoing elective Hepato-pancreatico-biliary cancer surgery. Timepoint: Preoperative, Intraoperative, Postoperative until discharge
