Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed cases of anal fistula (i.e signs & symptoms) 2.Patients of all socio-economic status and all religions. 3.Willingness to actively participate in the study, attend regular follow-up assessments, and adhere to the prescribed homeopathic treatment plan. 4.Patient who can read, write, and understand English, Hindi, Bangali.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from severe, chronic, life-threatening illnesses or Psychiatric conditions 2.Patients who are undergoing Homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease. 3.Patients not willing to give consent for the study. 4.Patient who have already done any surgery related to anal fistula. 5.Patient suffering from previously tuberculosis, ulcerative colitis, crohn s disease and anorectal cancer, haemorrhoides and anal fissure will be excluded.
