Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiology( ASA ) grade I and II Scheduled for Laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not willing to give consent. 2.Cardiovascular diseases 3.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. 4.Other major systemic illness. 5.History of lung, clavicle, great vessels, chest wall surgery

MeasureTime frame
To compare change of cross-sectional area of right internal jugular vein from baseline to 10 minutes after attaining Reverse Trendelenberg position during surgery.Timepoint: Before induction of general anaesthesia,at the time of insufflation of CO2,5 min after creation of pneumoperitoneum,10 minutes after reverse trendelenberg positioning,5 min after desufflation

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare change in right IJV CSA after insufflation of CO2 into peritoneum with baseline. 2.To compare change in HR & BP from baselineTimepoint: at the time of insufflation of CO2 & at the time of reverse Trendelenberg position 10 minutes after attaining reverse Trendelenberg position.
