Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.participants among age group of 18 - 60 years satisfying the diagnostic criteria irrespective of gender 2.participants fit for vamana 3.participants having utklishta kapha ( assessed by hrillasa, praseka..)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. known cases of serious/ uncontrolled systemic disorders 2. participants with a history of hematemesis, oesophagial varices, peptic ulcer 3. participants with malignancies 4. those who have undergone any major thoraco-abdominal surgery in last 1 year 5. pregnant and lactating women

The effect of intervention will be assessed through reduction in severity of functional dyspepsia using SF-LDQTimepoint: at baseline ( 0 th day) and on 61 st day	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
1. samyak vamana lakshana will be assessed by antiki, maniki, vegiki ,and laingiki criteria. 2.reduction in symptoms of functional dyspepsia assessed using GSRS. 3.reduction in symptoms of amlapitta will be assessed using clinical symptom severity scoring.Timepoint: 1.samyak vamana lakshana will be assessed on the day of intervention. 2.GSRS will be assessed before sadyovamana, immediately after sadyovamana( 1st day) , om 31 st day and on 61 st day. 3.clinical symptom severity scoring of amlapitta will be assessed before sadyovamana, immediately after sadyovamana(1st day), on 31 st day and on 61 st day.	—
