Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants among the age group 40-75 years who are willing to give written consent and are fit for anuvasana vasti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncontrolled case of systemic illness 2.History of recent fracture in and around the knee joint 3.Presence of wound/ulcer in and around the knee joint. 4.Pregnant and lactating women
