Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male and female participants aged 18–35 years, with no history of systemic illness, were included after obtaining their consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with medical, psychiatric, neurological conditions, surgical history, injuries, refractive errors, pregnancy, lactation, or recent exposure to yoga practices were excluded.
