Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of both sex with age between 18 to 60 years. 2. Patient presenting with classical sign and symptoms of vatarakta 3. Patient willing to give informed writtenconsent to participate in trial. 4. Patients who had serum uric acid level more than 7mg/dl (male) and more than 6mg/dl (female) with or without any associated features of joint inflammation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 18 years and more than 60 years. 2. Patient not willing for the trial. 3. Patients having systemic disorders like cardiac diseases, Diabetes,Diabetes, Systemic lupus Erythematous, Rheumatoid Arthritis ,Osteoarthritis, Tuberculosis, Psoriatic arthritis, and Renal disorders. 4. Patient had completed participation in any other clinical trial in past 6 months. 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
