Inclusion criteria: 1 Previous Caesarean Delivery 2 Fetal Macrosomia 3 Malpresentation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Multiple gestation 2 Placenta previa and placental abruption 3 Uterine fibroids 4 Bronchial asthma 5 Cardiac disease 6 Epilepsy Hypertension Liver, renal or endocrine disease Women with hypersensitivity to carbetocin
