Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly identified patients with FBS level from 126 mg/dl-200mg/dl,PPBS level below 250mg/dl and HbA1c level 6.5 to 9 %

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Type 2 Diabetes with complications; Nephropathy, Neuropathy, Retinopathy.Type 2 Diabetic patients with cardiac complaints, pulmonary disorders and diagnosed case of neoplasm. Those who are under insulin therapy and under other active and continuous medications for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Patients undergoing medications with steroids, oral contraceptives and estrogen tablet. Pregnant or lactating women.
