Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Autistic children in the age group 5 to 15 years. 2. Autistic children with ability to cooperate for oral examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncooperative autistic children who were known to show hostile or aggressive behavior. 2. Children under medication affecting gingival or periodontal health. 3. Autistic children with other comorbidities
