Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ECOG PS-O-2 Patients with histologically proven pancreatic cancer Unresectable or borderline resectable defined as per NCCN clinical practice guidelines in Oncology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ECOG PS >2 Patients who did not give consent for study Patients with associated comorbidities Patients who previously received radiation
