Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient undergoing chemotherapy 2.Patient undergoing Radiotherapy 3.Patients undergoing Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy combine 4.Patients with no less than 18 years of age 5.Diagnosed case of cancer for at least 6 months 6.Patients with stage III and IV cancer 7.Patients with different stages of cancer cachexia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having cancer in neck and thoracic region 2.The patient underwent surgery last year 3.Patients who are unwilling to consent 4.Patient with respiratory tract infection within two weeks of data collection 5.individuals with congenital or acquired cardiac or respiratory disease 6.neurological and musculoskeletal conditions involving the respiratory system 7.any other condition or medication that can affect the outcome measure
