Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Profession: Students (Undergraduate and Postgraduate students currently enrolled in academic institutions). Participants from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, ensuring cultural sensitivity. Participants with varying academic workloads, including full-time and part-time students. Participants without significant pre-existing medical conditions that may impact neck pain or compromise the validity of the study. Participants who voluntarily consent to participate after being provided with information about the purpose procedures and potential risks and benefits of the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals not currently enrolled in university students. Individuals primarily engaged in fieldwork or laboratory-based work excluding those whose academic work is predominantly desk-based. Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions that may significantly impact neck pain or compromise the validity of the study. Individuals outside the specified age range typical of postgraduate students. Individuals who do not provide voluntary informed consent to participate in the study.
