Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with periapical infection requiring apicoectomy in maxillary anterior region 2. Patients between 18-60 years of age. 3. Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA 1. Patients with history of tobacco chewing, alcohol consumption and smoking. 2. Patient with any of the following medical conditions: • Coagulation disorders • Metabolic disorders • Drug consumption leading to gingival hyperplasia • Pregnancy • History of radiotherapy, chemotherapy or having recently undergone any surgical procedures
