Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with age between 18 to 70 years. 2) Patients irrespective of sex, religion, occupation will be selected for the study. 3) Patients complaining Muhurbaddha Muhurdrava Mala Pravritti, Muhurmuhur Malapravritti and other Lakshanas of Grahani will be selected. 4) Patients come under Rome III criteria which are diagnostic criteria for IBS will be selected for the study .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients suffering with other systemic diseases which interfere with the course of treatment will excluded from the study. 2) Patient Anarha to Basti Karma. 3) Patient Anarha to Shirodhara Karma.

The effect of Takradhara with Takra Basti is effective in Grahani with more than 75% patients got relief in signs and symptoms of Grahani.Timepoint: On the 8th day and then on 15th day assessments are done.study will be calculated from baseline upto 15 days of treatment.	—
