Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Grade of shivering by using crossly and Mahajan scale. Hemodynamic effect of both drugs.Timepoint: Blood pressure and other vital parameters will be recorded at baseline 1, 3, 5,7 10 min then every 5min till 30 min then after 15min till the end of procedure after spinal anaesthesia

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Incidence of adverse effects Patient satisfactionTimepoint: Blood pressure and other vital parameters will be recorded at baseline 1, 3, 5,7 10 min then every 5min till 30 min then after 15min till the end of procedure after spinal anaesthesia
