Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1&2, Posted for lower abdomen urology lower limb surgeries under Spinal Anaesthesia using Opioid as additive

Exclusion criteria: Patient not giving consent, having cardiovascular and renal diseases, patient allergic to any of study drugs , patient requiring General anaesthesia, expected of having major blood los
