Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants between age group of 18 to 60 years will be included. 2.Participants newly diagnosed with Hypothyroidism since 3months. 3.Participants who are not taking any medicine for Hypothyroidism. 4.Participants fit for Virechana Karma will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with complication like cardiac problems, hypertensive, fissure, bleeding piles, malignant condition. 2.Pregnant women and lactating mothers will be excluded. 3.Participant taking medicine for Hypothyroidism. 4.Participants contraindicated for Virechana . 5.Participants above 60 years and below 18 years will be exclude.

Reduction in sign and symptoms of hypothyroidism. .Timepoint: Base line, 30th day,60th day.

Reduction in T3,T4,TSH level.Timepoint: Base line, 30th day,60th day.
