Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of 1st and 2nd stage of chronic benign prostatic hyperplasia Age group 50 TO 80 years International prostate symptom score value up to 19 Serum PSA level up to 4 ng mL Consent Participants are willing to provide written informed consent to participate in the study and can fill out the International Prostate Symptom Score IPSS A case showing symptom similarity with the staphysagria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Complete urinary retention for more than 24 hours Patients with significant comorbidities like chronic renal failure any malignancy uncontrolled diabetes type 2 and hypertension Patient taking medication from the allopathic ayurvedic and homeopathic systems of medicine for the 1st and 2nd stages of chronic benign prostatic hyperplasia Patients planning to undergo surgery within the next 6 months History of previous prostate surgery
