Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 80 years and less than 60 years Willing to participate Shoulder pain for atleast 1 month and global restrictioin of movement in shoulder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder trauma or surgery Other shoulder pathology Active infections Pregnant and lactating woman Later stages of periarthritis shoulder Patients who are not willing
