Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students willing to participate in the trial irrespective of gender. Only healthy students will be considered in the trial. Students between age group of 17 to 30 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with major psychiatric illness. Students on psychiatric medication. Students having any other systemic diseases. Students of Ayurveda College in Chandigarh.
