Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with diagnosis of Anterior uveitis irrespective of any etiology. Patients having specific signs and symptoms of Sashopha akshipaka ( Anterior uveitis) like Kandu (itching sensation ), Upadeha (mucous discharge) Ashruyutha (lacrimation) and Pakwa udumbara sannibha (redness of the eye like the colour of a ripe udumbara fruit) along with Daha, Thaamratwam(copper coloured eyes ), Shopha(edema), Nisthoda (pricking pain).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Intermediate, Posterior and Pan uveitis Complicated Uveitis associated with Optic nerve edema, Glaucoma, Cystoid macular edema, Cataract, Band Keratopathy etc. Patients of Acute uveitis with severe pain and vision threatening signs and symptoms Other associated systemic diseases like Sarcoidosis, Inflammatory bowel syndrome, Tuberculosis, Syphilis, Viral infections.
