Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Already diagnosed cases of hemophilia with factor assay report Patient having APTT level of less then 80sec

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and lactating women were not included in the study Patient with Chronic liver diseases HbsAg HCV HIV positive Patient with less than 7 gm percentage of hemoglobin Patients on Factor bypassing agent i e Emicizumab for hemophilia A Patients who are not willing to give their consent Uncontrolled cases of Hypertension DM type II and Hypothyroidism on regular conventional treatment
